Shipping Policy

• Standard ground shipping is $180 for all orders inside the USA. We ship to Canada, please contact us for rates.
• Please contact us if you need inside delivery, there is an extra charge that will vary depending on where you are located.
• Most packages are shipped via a motor freight company to all 51 states.
• We ship small items with UPS (United States Postal Service).
• Most Orders will be drop shipped directly to you from the manufacturer warehouse to your home doorstep.
• Estimated time of delivery is 3 to 10 business days.
• Customer will be notified of any shipping delays or backorders.

Delivery Services  

Curbside Delivery:

This is our orders standard freight delivery service. The Freight Company will deliver your order to your shipping address front door.

Inside Delivery:

This service includes delivery inside your first threshold: garage or front door. It is available on most mobility products for an additional charge. Customers are responsible to un-box the order.

Delivery Signature

Orders shipped with UPS will be left at your home front door.  No delivery signature is required. Please inspect your order as soon as possible. If there is any freight damage, please contact us immediately via email. Save all the packaging materials. We will coordinate repair or replacement of your order.

Orders shipped with a Motor Freight company: delivery signature is required. The local terminal will contact the buyer within 48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a specific convenient delivery time. If there is any minor damage to he packaging, please note the damage on the paper when you are asked to sign.
If the damage seems extensive, or you can see that your order has been damaged, please contact us immediately, and do not sign for the package.
